Amanda died in September 1944 and because no one had any money to send her to Springdale, Arkansas to be buried next to her husband A. J. Graham, she was buried at the Leard Cemeterin, in Cavanaugh, Sebastian County, Arkansas. Her son, Oather dug the grave and A. J. Wilson built a stone wall around her gravesite. She is the only family member in this cemetery.
