This stone is broken and appears that the top half is missing. I did a pencil rubbing to find out who it was. She is placed beside her husband Sylvanus Leander Deal. She is the daughter of Lewis II and Catherine Burns Lowman and the grand-daughter of Lewis I and Margaret "Bettie" Lowman according to the Burke County Heritage books.∼Wife of S. Deal
