Obituary for Sethella Boswell Hurt:
Wenatchee World, Wenatchee, WA-124-Sethella Hurt 93 a longtime Cashmere resident died Tuesday morning July 7, 1987 in the Cashmere Convalescent Center. She was born Sethella Boswell, April 22, 1894 in Pima, AZ and was one of 13 children. She moved with her family to Oregon in 1902 and married Robert L. Norris Nov 7, 1912, in Union County, Ore. She later married Frank. B. Hurt in 1935. They moved to Cashmere that year and ranched on Mission Creek. They returned to Oregon and he preceded her in death in 1962, when she returned to Cashmere. She was a member of the Church of Christ of Latter Day Saints of Wenatchee and the Cashmere Grange. Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Fred (Clara) Peterson, Cashmere; a brother Alvin Boswell, Medford, Ore; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Braun Funeral Home, Cashmere, is in charge of arrangements.
