Jane Ann (Rodgers) Stephens passed away March 25, 2008, at her Buffalo, Texas, home.
Born September 2, 1929 in Stamford, TX, Mrs. Stephens had been a resident of Buffalo, Texas, for 8 years, previously of Santa Fe and Texas City. She had been the former owner of Stephens Texaco and Stephens Shell, a member of First Baptist Church of Arcadia and enjoyed spending time working in her garden and playing Bingo.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 49 years, Curtis Wade Stephens; parents, James and Pauline (Orr) Rodgers; sisters, Ella Mae Young and Evelyn Fellers.
Survivors included her sons, Roger Stephens and wife, Peggy of Combs, AR, Calvin Stephens and wife, Ruth of Buffalo; daughter, Regina Stephens of Bel Air, MD and fiancé, Kevin Ouellette of Toronto Ontario, Canada; grandchildren, C. E. Stephens, Jr. and wife Mindy, Roger Dee Stephens, Tonya Sullivan and husband, Jeremy, Chassie Stephens, Jessica Brown, Alyssa Brown, Stephen Brown, Greg Landry and wife, Kris, Chris Landry and wife, Donna; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, A. C. Rodgers of Abilene, Jimmy Rodgers of Fredericksburg, VA.
