Eva E. (Lombard) Theriaque, 85, of 2 Leland Drive, Springfield, died yesterday in Baystate Medical Center. Born in Chelsea, Vt., she lived in Springfield for more than 60 years. Her husband, Ernest Theriaque, died in 1986. She leaves two sons, Robert of West Springfield and Ronald of Springfield; a sister, Clara Biathrow of Holyoke; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Tuesday morning at Ludlow morning at Ludlow Funeral Home, with burial in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield.
