MALLORY, George A., 82, of Richmond, passed away June 11, 2008. He was predeceased by his brothers, Lynn G. Mallory and Waverly P. Mallory; and sister, Louise Mallory Edwards. He is survived by his brother, Clyde E. Mallory and his wife, Dolores; sister-in-law, Juanita Mallory; niece, Louise Edwards Howell and her husband, George; nephews, John Mallory and his wife, Diane, Jerry Mallory and his wife, Carol, Michael Mallory and his wife, Susan, and Mark Mallory; five great-nephews and five great- nieces. Mr. Mallory was a Navy veteran of WWII and was a member of the American Legion Post 137. His family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Bliley's-Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Maury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Legion Post 137, 1348 Evergreen Ave., Richmond, Va. 23224.
