Born on June 29, 1909 in St. Mary?s County, Maryland to the late Jennie and Uriah Lee Maguire. She was a homemaker and mom who enjoyed traveling and vacationing with her children. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Club in Benedict and a life long member of Old Fields Episcopal Church in Hughesville, Maryland.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Swann was preceded in death by her husband Henry Z. Swann; daughter Diane S. Cahill; and two sisters.
A daughter Juanita Connick and her husband Leslie E. Connick; sons Richard H. Swann and his wife Lynn, David Lee Swann and his wife Judy; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren survive her.
Family will receive friends on Monday, March 14, 2005 from 9:30AM to 10:30AM with Services at 11AM at Old Fields Episcopal Church in Hughesville, MD with the Reverend Elle Brown officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
