M. D. Clary, 71, died at his home near Akron in Hale County Thursday afternoon after an illness lasting two months. He had been a life long resident of Hale County and was widely know in that section. Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock Saturday morning from the Liberty Church near Havana with burial in the church cemetery by Jones and Spigener. Surviving Mr. Clary are his widow, Mrs. Lula Clary, five sons, Izac, Daniel, William, David and Francis Clary, all of Akron, and two daughters, Mrs. Tom Holston of Akron and Mrs. G. P. Morrison of Tuscaloosa."
