RITES CONDUCTED FOR CONTRACTOR:
Rites for Thomas "Bill" Buffum, 63, McMinnville, who died Dec. 28 in McMinnville, were conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Macy an son chapel, with burial at Evergreen Memorial Park.
Buffum, who had made his home in McMinnville, was born in Amity, March 19, 1885. A member of the Elks, he was a contractor by occupation. His wife, Ada E. (Lillie)Buffum died in 1947.
He is survived by a brother, George, McMinnville, and a sister, Mrs. Rose Barks, McMinnville.
Pallbearers at the service were members of the Elks Lodge.
