Lola Ozella Ross, 92 of Manor, Texas and formerly of Clyde, Texas, died Thursday, June 5, 2008, at her daughter's home in Manor.

Services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2008, at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Garland Moffett officiating. Burial followed in the Clyde Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home.

Lola Ozella Ross was born on March 28, 1916 in Brown County, Texas to Willis and Ada (Wadsworth) Hatley.

Ozella, as she was known to her friends and family, spent most of her adult life in Clyde. She worked as a dorm attendant at the Abilene State School, retiring after 20 years of service.

She is survived by one daughter, Lurlene Roch of Manor, Texas; three sons, Bobby Ross of Giddings, Tommy Ross of Buffalo Gap, and Allen Ross of Rockport; seven grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Randy Joe Ross, five brothers and four sisters.

Visitation was from 6:00pm - 7:30pm on Friday, June 6, 2008 at the funeral home.
