"Hummels---At his residence, 1094 North Seventeenth street, Wednesday night, John Hermann Hummels, aged 74 years, four months and fourteen days.
The funeral will be held from the United Brethren church, corner of Seventeenth and Nebraska streets, at 2:30 o'clock, Saturday afternoon.
Interment will take place at Lee Mission cemetery. Rev. G. Maag will have charge of the services, which will be read in both German and English."
