Surviving are his wife of 30 years, Katharine (Kearns) Farr; children from his first marriage, Sheila Ford Farr, Petaluma, California and Mark William Farr, San Francisco, California; brother, Gavin Malloy Farr, Chevy Chase, Maryland; sisters, Sheila Farr Nielsen, Mill Valley, California and Janet Marion Nelson, Tobermory, Isle of Mull, Scotland and a granddaughter. He was divorced from his first wife, Mary Ellen Fullerton.
Interment followed funeral services conducted at the All Saints Church, Chevy Chase, Maryland Wednesday, January 31, 2007.
