Ret. Lt. Col. Glenn A. Gregory, age 88, of Smyrna, Tennessee, died Friday, June 6, 2008 at his home.
He was born in Cassandra, PA, and was the son of the late Allen and Rilla Gregory. He was first married to the late Lois Arlene Reisinger Gregory and then to the late Christine Webb Gregory.
He is survived by his sons, Barry Gregory and his wife, Maureen of Collegeville, PA, Bob Fletcher and his wife, Gaila of Smyrna; daughters, Sherrill Bates of Smyrna and Constance Main and her husband, Gerry of Bradley, California; brother, Jim Gregory and his wife, Mary of Michigan; grandchildren, Christie Demonbreun and her husband, Brad, Whitney and Kyle Fletcher, Lois Colleen Hall and her husband, Cliff, Arlene Rice and her husband, Ronnie, Bryan Gregory and his wife, Kathy, Wendy Basualto and her husband, Marc and Christie Groves and her husband, Stuart, and 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on Monday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna with graveside services to follow at 1 p.m., at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, with Buddy Royston officiating. Mr. Gregory was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, a Protestant, a Veteran of the Army Air Corps and a retired Business Manager with the State of Tennessee Employment Security.
