Mr. Hein was born at Hartford, Wis. In 1876 and came to Manitowoc at the age of 10 years. In 1902 he married Miss Mathilda Trost. For years he was employed at the shipyards, retiring 10 years ago. He was a member of the Catholic Knights of Wisconsin, Holy Name Society and the Eagles.
Survivors are his wife; four daughters, Mrs. George Popp, Mrs. Stanley Sieracki of Route 3, Manitowoc, Mrs. Alois Godzinski and Mrs. Alfred Mecca of this city; 11 sons, Philip, Nicholas, William, Peter, Matt, Joseph, Walter, Fred, Anton and Marshall of this city, Clarence of Route 3, Manitowoc and 23 grandchildren. The
body may be viewed at the funeral home where the rosary will be recited at 7:45 tonight.
