McMinnville resident and Grundy County native Tom Moran, 74, died July 19 at his home after an extended illness.

A retired bridge construction employee and a member of the Church of Christ, he served his country in the U. S. Navy.

The son of the late Mark Wilson and Marie Meeks Moran, he was preceded in death by sister, June Neal.

He is survived by his wife, Eva Lois Rowland Moran; sons, Pat Moran and Rayce Henson, both of McMinnville, Steve Moran of Tullahoma and Russ Moran of Manchester; five grandchildren; and sister, Sue Moran of Tullahoma.

Services will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday at High's Chapel with Tim Parish officiating. Burial will follow at Viola Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p. m. today and 10 a. m. until time of service Saturday at High's. Memorial donations may be made to the Church of Christ Retirement Village.

High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
