Leona M. (nee Frantz) Webb, of Fairless Hills, died on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at Chandler Hall in Newtown.
Born and raised in Frackville, Pa., Mrs. Webb was a graduate of Frackville High School. She resided in Fairless Hills for many years and has been a resident of Chandler Hall for the past four years. She was employed at the Nabisco Co. in Northeast Philadelphia as a packer for many years until retiring in 1986.
Beloved wife of the late Edward G. Webb, she is survived by her loving daughter, Sally M. Carr and her husband Lester of Ewing, N.J. She will also be sadly missed by her two granddaughters, Melissa K. Gall and Alicia J. Carr; three great grandchildren, Tyler S. Fassett, Aidan M. and Jordan S. Gall; her sister, Ruth Caton of Cecilton, Md.; and her brother, Ralph Frantz of Schuylkill Haven, Pa.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Rd., Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Frackville, Pa.
