GRACIE MAE HARPER
Gracie Mae Harper 89, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2001 in Carroll Nursing Home in Oak Grove.
Services were be held in Cox Chapel of Oak Grove Friday, August 10, 2001, 2:00 p.m. Rev. Bernard Duchese officiating. Interment followed the service at Kilbourne Cemetery.
Mrs. Harper was born in Brookhaven, Mississippi, on February 6, 1912. Survivors include one son, Nolan Harper, Kilbourne; one daughter, Marie Bristol, Gulf Breeze, Florida; one sister, Gladys Newell, Oak Grove; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Frank Harper, son, Bobby Gene Harper, and son Norman Lewis Harper.
Pallbearers were Claude Grubbs, Edwin Guess, H. G. Wactor, Bud O'Neal, Marvin Haley, Rip Bilberry.
