"Beatrice Mammy Berger, 88, of Lehigh Avenue, Palmerton, died Thursday, May 29 in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. Born March 14, 1910 in Kunkletown, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Myrtle (Waylen) Hawk. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Palmerton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur R., in 1995, a brother, Arthur, and three sisters, Hilda Kuehner, Emma Smale and Patricia Zigenfuss.

Survivors: She is survived by a daughter, Marlene Fehr of Saylorsburg; two sons, Clark Sr. and Donald, both of Palmerton; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.

Services: will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Palmerton. The Rev. Paul Schoffstall will officiate.

Interment, Towamensing Cemetery, Palmerton. The Minnig-Berger Funeral Home, Tremont, is in charge of arrangements."
