Mr. Bibb was born in 1959 in Tulsa(Tulsa County), Oklahoma. He was the son of Jackie Dean and Robbie JoAnn(Driscoll)Bibb. Mr. Bibb was a graduate of EastCentral High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma and an avid University of Oklahoma(Sooner)Fan. He enjoyed sports and playing golf. Mr. Bibb was self-employed in maintenance.
Mr. Bibb is survived by two daughters: Jacey Lynn Bibb and Kara Marie Bibb, both of Little Rock, Arkansas; a son: Charles Ryan Bibb of Texarkana, Arkansas; his mother: Robbie Joann Bibb, of Gans, Oklahoma, one sister: Rosalind Jackson and her husband, Randy of Bakersfield, Californial, 1 wonderful grandson: Jaylen Nicholas; two nieces; Robbie Dee and Jessica Dean; one nephew: Christopher Randall; his fiancee': Belinda Sampson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, June 4, 2008, at the Agent Chael in Sallisaw(Sequoyah County), Oklahoma. The Rev. Randy Farmer officiated the services.
