Mr. R. L. Watkins of Perryville, died Friday evening at his home of complications of heart and lung trouble. He had been failing health for some time. Three children survive him, his wife having died about three months ago. The funeral occurred Saturday morning.

Was an orphan in Indiana in 1910 adopted by Alonzo Troutman Records and Erschel S Records. He then went by the name Robert Watkins Records. He died 9-6-1988 in Tarrant County, TX. He married Jane Dragoo in 1924 in Indiana. They adopted twins Eugene and Jane.
