Mr. Balzrette was born March 10, 1940 in Coushatta, LA, and passed away Thursday, February 27, 2003 in Shreveport, LA. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was an avid race fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Brock and Annie Balzrette; brother, Ben Balzrette and sister, Edwina Keith.
Mr. Balzrette is survived by his daughter, Cindy Balzrette of Modesto, CA; four sisters, Abbie Wilson, Bobbie Garner, Mary Waddle and Ann Waller; three brothers, J.B. Balzrette, Jr., James Balzrette and Carson Balzrette; and a host of relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be his nephews. The family would like to express a special thanks to the employee's of Randy's Travel Town, Shreveport Fire Department and the Emergency Room Staff at Willis Knighton North for all they tried to do. Rose-Neath Funeral Home Southside Chapel 687-1256
