James T. Scaglione, 57, died yesterday in a Tampa hospital. Mr. Scaglione had lived in Tampa all his life. He was owner and operator of the Florida Drug Store and was a member of the Unione Italiana Club. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gaspar Scaglione, Tampa; two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Roque, Tampa, and Mrs. Rose Secrest, Orlanda, and one brother, Henry Scaglione, Tampa.
