When Lillian's husband John passed away in 1928, he was buried in a small 1 acre cemetery in Burns Flat Ok. During the depression (1930's) this cemetery was abandoned. After Lillian passed away and was buried in the Canute Cemetery one of their daughters had her father's (John) gravestone moved from the abandoned cemetery and placed next to his wife's grave in Canute. But his remains were not moved so John is actually buried in the old Burns Flat cemetery. This information came from one of John and Lillian's grand-daughters.
