Mrs. G. Nelson Lyon, 67, died Wednesday afternoon about 3 o'clock in the Superior hospital where she had been a patient since Monday. She had been in failing health for a number of years.

The former Ethel Gertrude Fitzpatrick, Mrs. Lyon was born March 15, 1886, in Detroit, Mich. The family afterward moved to Richmond, Va., where she grew to womanhood and was graduated from the Woman's College of Richmond.

In 1903 she moved with her family to Boston, Mass. In 1912 she was married to G. Nelson Lyon and came with her husband to Nelson.

She is survived by her husband and four children: Mrs. R.C. McIllece, Ft. Madison, Ia.; G. Nelson Lyon, Jr., Kingsville, Tex.; Mrs. Kathrine Jane Lake, Salina, Kan.; and Wm. J. Lyon of Minneapolis, Minn., and twelve grandchildren.

Funeral services are to be conducted at 9 o'clock Saturday morning in the Sacred Heart Catholic church (sic) here. Burial is to be made in the Nelson cemetery (sic).
