She was born in San Benito, Texas on February 3, 1923 to Leopoldo and Rosa Castano. China was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Leopoldo R. and David Castano; sister, Rosita Castano. She is survived by her nephew, Leo Castano and wife Sylvia; grand nieces, Kathryn Caldera and husband Roland and their two children Roland Jr. and Ritchie, Karyn Boyle and husband William; grand nephews, Joseph David Castano, Leo "J.R." Castano and wife Stacy and their two children Alexis and Leo Anthony; sister, Abelina Garza. SERVICES Visitation will be held at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South on Friday, September 14th from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, September 15th at 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Mission Burial Park South. In lieu of flowers, a memorial in China`s name may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements with: Mission Park Funeral Chapels South.
