Mrs. Wisman was born October 5, 1910, in Shippensburg, a daughter of the late H. Angle and Mary (Hosfeld) Neff.
She had been employed at various sewing factories and had also been a waitress. She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Wisman is survived by a daughter, Joanne G. Fortney and her husband, Edward "Bill" of York; a grandson, Chris Fortney and his wife, Debbie of York; a great-grandson Jeremy Weigel and his wife, Tammi; two great-great-granddaughters, Lexi and Courtney of Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
ollowing cremation a graveside service will be at a later date in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
