Jackson Willard Isaacks was born to Samuel Jackson and Minnie Willard Rutledge Isaacks on December 15, 1898 in Elgin, Travis County, Texas. Jack had seven siblings and they were Eula Maud, Rena Capitola, Luanna, Ernest Buford, Inez Irene, Chilton Rutledge, and William.

"Mr. Isaacks worked with the telephone company in El Paso, in 1935 and was a resident of Phoenix just before his death. Mrs. Isaacks lived in El Paso after her husband's death and was a school teacher in the public schools there. Mrs. Isaacks was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church of El Paso.

Mr. Isaacks is survived by his widow, Guinnell Isaacks; a daughter, Guinnell Isaacks of Phoenix; his father, Judge S. J. Isaacks, El Paso; three brothers, Buford, Rutledge and Bill Isaacks and three sisters, Inez Foster, Rena Johnston and Maud Isaacks, all of El Paso.

He was married to Guinnell Austin on March 16, 1929 in El Paso, Texas."
