Jeffrey Scott Lombard, 44, died May 23, 2008 at St. Lucie Medical Center. He lived in Port St. Lucie for three years, coming from Hollywood.
He was a 10-year veteran of the Coast Guard and a member of the VFW.
Survivors include parents, Barry and Shirley Lombard of Port St. Lucie; sons, Brandon Scott Lombard and Evan Lombard, both of Pembroke Pines; sister, Laura Maria Kilburn of Port St. Lucie; brother, Christopher Charles Lombard of Port St. Lucie.
SERVICES: Visitation will be at 10 a.m. May 30 at Holy Family Catholic Church, with a Mass at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at South Florida VA National Cemetery.
