Elizabeth "Ann" Galloway, our dear mother and wife, went to be with the Lord on March 30, 1999 at Central Washington Hospital with complications following an extended illness. She was born Nov. 26, 1950 at the Naval Hospital in Bremerton. She spent her early years in Spokane and moved to Wenatchee at age 16, and met her future husband, Jody. They were married September 1968 and had 30 years of love and togetherness.

Ann worked in the apple industry packing apples and later obtained her real estate license and sold homes until illness forced her to resign. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church of East Wenatchee. She was a Sunday School teacher some years ago and won many people to the Lord. She was her children's and grandchild's best friend and guiding spirit. She was my only love and my special love and I'll miss her till we meet on the other side of eternity.

She is survived by her husband, Jody; her daughter, Kristy; her sons, Jeffrey and Jack and her grandson Jakob, all of Wenatchee; her sisters, Linda Galloway of Wenatchee, Shirley Lee of Big Lake, AK; her brother, Morrie Roseberry of Spokane; her father, Morris Roseberry of Ft. Worth, TX; her grandmother, Viola Roseberry of Hamlin, TX; a very close and good friend and cousin, Kathy Coleman of Orondo; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, April 2, 1999 at Bethel Baptist Church, 1354 Eastmont, East Wenatchee Pastor John Sterk will officiate. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
