Services for Rebecca Graves, age 93, of Baton Rouge, formerly of Winnsboro, were held Saturday, March 1, 2008 in the Chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro with Rev. Hank Hamilton officiating. Burial followed in New Winnsboro Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
Mrs. Graves was a retired store owner and passed away on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her husband: R. W. Graves; parents: Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Scott; sister: Sarah Dobyns; and brothers: Lankston Scott and Stafford Scott.
Survivors include: nieces and nephews: Marilyn Dobyns Finley and husband, Mike of Baton Rouge; Robert Glynn Bounds of Baton Rouge; Mary Ann Hatfield and husband Charles, Albuquerque, NM; great nieces: Rebecca Bounds Kirby of Herndon, VA. and Sandra Scott of Baton Rouge; great-great niece: Pat Verbois of Baton Rouge.
Pallbearers were Winton Lofton, Mike Kramer, Blake Kramer, Tommy Womble, Lloyd Posey, and Mike Ellerbe.
Honorary Pallbearer was Robert Gwin.
