Funeral services for Marie REED, 82, of Muldrow, are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow, with Rev. Magellan O'Neal officiating. Burial is in Liberty Cemetery northeast of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. She was born on July 15, 1922 in Muldrow, to Millard Lee MONTGOMER and Elnora Parlee (GRACE) MONTGOMERY. She died on Saturday, April 2, 2005 in Muldrow. She married George Ancel REED on Nov. 20, 1940 in Muldrow. He preceded her in death on Dec. 14, 1979 in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one daughter, Irma; two sons, Calvin and Darrell; one sister, Wilma; 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. She was preceded in death by one son, Charles Albert REED in 1999; four sisters, Flossie, Polly, Rosie, and Ann; and three brothers, Robert, George, and Lawrence.
