Ann D. Franklin, age 81, of Chipley, Florida passed from this life on Monday, December 21, 2020, at her home. She was born on October 16, 1939, in Chipley to the late Irby Edward Dasinger and Doris (Taylor) Dasinger.
Ann is a lifelong resident of the Chipley and Cottondale area and worked for the Washington County School Board for over 30 years.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry Franklin, daughter, Michelle Franklin, grandson, Curtis Lee Davis, and sister, Joan Gainer. Survivors include two daughters, Becki Franklin of Chipley, FL, Joani Rogers and husband Glenn of Chipley, FL, three grandchildren, Katie Lynn Honeycutt and husband Dylan, Zane Edward Rogers, Honor Grace Rogers, one great-grandson, Barry Honeycutt, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Oakie Ridge Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 P.M. with interment to follow at Cottondale Methodist Cemetery.
