He was preceded in death by his parents, Sarah Elizabeth Daulton Prather, who departed this life on October 18th, 1966 and James Perry Prather, who departed this life on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 1917.
Burial was in the Prather Yanders Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
