MOUNDRIDGE - Grace B. Kutnink died May 9, 1992, at Mercy Hospital. She was 94.

She was born April 25, 1898, in Moundridge to Charles and Mary (Cole) Newcom. She married Herbert W. Kutnink on Jan 14, 1920. He died Jul 27, 1979. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Moundridge Study Club, both of Moundridge.

Survivors include 12 nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Methodist Church, Moundridge, with the Rev. Joe Coachman officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight at Harder-Kaufman Funeral Home, Moundridge.

Memorials are suggested to Mercy Hospital or the United Methodist Church, both of Moundridge.

Grace and Herbert Kutnink were married in January of 1920. They set up housekeeping, in the original Cole home. Grace's mother moved back into her parental home at the same time and lived with them for 38 years until her death at 83 years old in November 1958.

Herbert died on July 27, 1979 and Grace continued to live in the house until a few months before her death at 94 years old on May 9, 1992.

Grace and Herbert never had children.

For fear of losing her job with the telephone company, Grace delayed announcing her marriage for 10 years. She never had any children. Sayings or expressions of Grace.
