Robert Darrell Snow, age 74, passed away February 17, 2011 in Levan, Utah.
He was born July 14, 1936 in Nephi, Utah, to Don Carlos and Pearl Blackett Snow. He married Joyce Haskell July 4, 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She passed away September 6, 2006.
Robert was raised and attended school in Nephi and went on to own and operate the Nebo Club with his family. He also worked at NRP and then for the Nephi City Road Department until his retirement. He lived in Payson until the death of Joyce when he moved back to Nephi. Robert spent many years farming and raising cattle with his brother Don and nephew Kevin. He also liked bowling, the Utah Jazz, and BYU Cougars. He was a fan of high school and little league sports, and enjoyed watching his nephews, Jadin and Jakota, participate in them. Robert spent the last eighteen months of his life at The Victorian House in Levan, where he thoroughly loved being spoiled by their staff.
Robert is survived by his nephew, Kevin (Stacy) Snow of Nephi; a brother, Clark Snow of Tooele; a sister-in-law, Pearl May Snow of Nephi; nephews, Jadin and Jakota Snow. Preceded in death by his wife Joyce; his parents; sister, Colleen Ballow; brother, Don Snow; and niece, Brenda Snow.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at the Anderson Funeral Home, 94 west 300 North Nephi, UT. Interment in Vine Bluff Cemetery, Nephi, Utah.
