Bessie Leone Larison was born March 15, 1885, at Bedford, Iowa, and passed away October 18, 1928, at Lincoln, Nebr., aged 43 years, 7 months and 3 days. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, A.C. Deyo, and little son Paul; one brother, Jess Larison of Nelson, one sister Mrs. L.W. Smith of Des Moines, Iowa; besides a host of friends. Early in life she became a member of the Christian church of Bedford, Iowa, and remained faithful to the end.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. from the Christian church in Nelson, conducted by the pastor Rev. L.W. Myers. The music was furnished by Orin L. Goodrich and Mrs. Beulah Goodrich White, and Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Wood. There was a large audience from this place and also from Superior, where the deceased has made her home since leaving Nelson. The floral offerings were beautiful and many.
The following relatives from a distance were here for the funeral services: Mrs. J.H. Pittenger, Great Bend, Kansas; Mrs. Geo. Sheeley and three children, Great Bend; Mr. and Mrs. C.A. Pratt of Topeka, Kansas; Mrs. Albert Overton, Howard, Kansas.
