Henderson, Texas – Samuel Jones Daniel, 64, native of Hill County died at his home near Henderson Saturday.  He moved to Rusk County Wednesday from Beckville.  He formerly resided in Dallas. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but burial will be at Hillsboro.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, E. W. Daniel of Tatum, S. E. Daniel of Fort Worth; a daughter, Mrs. Arlene Vanderslice of Garland; a brother, Earl Daniel of Dallas; a sister, Mrs. Stella Simms of Dallas, and seven grandchildren.
