Born July 30, 1975, in Pike County, Ky., he had lived in Russell County since 1980. He was a 1994 graduate of Lebanon High School and was an employee of Highlands Ambulance Service.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Thomas Coleman, and maternal grandmother, Ruth Farley.
Survivors include his wife of six years, Susan Watson Coleman; twin daughters, Melanie and Emily Coleman; one son, Thomas Andrew Coleman; father, Albert (Abby) Coleman and wife Patsy Ann, Lebanon; mother, Patricia Smith, Chattaroy, W.Va.; three sisters, Dena Marie Coleman and Tiffany Danielle Coleman, both of Lebanon, and Jessica Dawn Coleman, Williamson, W.Va.; paternal grandmother, Sally Margaret Coleman, Lebanon; maternal grandfather, Andrew Jackson Farley, Big Creek, Ky.; maternal great-grandmother, Fern Farley, Hardy, Ky.; and several nieces, a nephew, cousins, aunts and uncles.
The funeral service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2008, in the Combs Funeral Service Chapel, with the Rev. Rick Wallace officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2008, in the Temple Hill Memorial Park. Those attending are requested to meet at the funeral home by 1:15 p.m. to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Chad Johnson, Brandon Earls, Shane Church, Josh Brown, Darren Collins, D.J. Hatfield, Chris Cole and Jackie Cole. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Coleman, Ryan Coleman and Richard Ratliff.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2008, prior to the service at the funeral home.
