Molly Rogers, 64, of Vandalia, died at 8:02 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Miller Funeral Home in Vandalia, with the Rev. Dan Rush officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, St. Elmo. No visitation is scheduled. Memorials: Evans Public Library in Vandalia.

Mrs. Rogers was born on June 16, 1943, in Springfield, the daughter of John Allen and Grace Agnes Miller Miller. She married Mick Rogers on Nov. 21, 1966, in Baton Rouge, La.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Frank Kerr of Highland and Geno Kerr of Collinsville; daughters, Vicki and her husband Clay Orr of Pelion, S.C., Karla and her husband Chuck Harre of Brownstown, and Jennifer and her husband Gary Howard of Vandalia; sisters, Jane Smoot of Wabash, Ind., and Deanie Antonacci of Springfield; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and a sister.~
