Nancy Jane (Houser) Badley was the daughter of George H. and Sophia (Biegler) Houser. She was born Millcreek Township, Ohio. Mary Ann Houser was her twin sister. Nancy was the wife of Rev. Arthur Badley, Jr. They were married Blackford Co., Indiana September 9, 1847. They were the parents of nine children. She survived all nine of them and her husband.
