Obituary: "George W. Greenfield - George Warren Greenfield died early today. A retired farmer of the Castle Rock district in Douglas County, Colorado, he came to Boulder four months ago to make his home with a son, William L. Greenfield, east of Boulder.
Mr. Greenfield was born in Sheboygan, Wis., Jan. 7, 1873. As a boy he went to Nebraska with his parents and farmed in that state until moving to Colorado in 1925. His wife, Leona (sic) Craft Greenfield, died in 1936.
Besides the son, William, he is survived by another son, Bert, (sic) residing in San Francisco; a daughter, Mrs. Jessie D. Jennings of Derby, Colo.; two sisters and a brother residing in Hutchinson, Kan. The brother is here for the services. Twenty grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Funeral services at Howe Mortuary Thursday at 1:30."
