Indianola - Rosemary Jones, 54 , Indianola, died of cancer Wednesday Oct. 7, 1998, at Hospice Kavanagh House in Des Moines. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Burial will be at Webb Cemetery in Warren County.
Mrs. Jones was born and raised in the Spring Hill community before moving to Indianola in 1996. She was a computer programmer with the Dept of General Services, State of Iowa for 20 years.
Survivors include three daughters, Bonnie Garrison of Knoxville, Barbara McNulty of Norwalk and Melissa Wanicki of Indianola; her mother, Grace Wood of Indianola; five brothers, William Wood of Norwalk, Glenn Wood of Wheatland, Wyo., Bob Wood of Dayton, Wyo., Howard Wood of Earlville and Henry Wood of Pleasantville; three sisters, Marie Wilkins of Branson, Mo., and Zelda Dyer and Carolyn Harkin, both of Indianola; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
