She was born June 12, 1904 in Mifflintown to the late William S. and Laura (Dumm) Singer.
She was a homemaker; a member of Mechanicsburg Methodist Church; attended Mechanicsburg Senior Citizens Center and Riverview Adult Day Center, Elkhart; and enjoyed sewing her own clothes.
She was the widow of Edward S. Leonard, Paul L. Vanalman and LeRoy H. Norris.
Surviving are two sons, William E. Leonard of Mifflintown and Jack L. Norris of Mechanicsburg; six daughters, Catherine Feight of Everett, Nancy Branyan of Philadelphia, Kathleen A. Rheinheimer of Bristol, Ind., Jean Lyter and Joan Costello, both of New Cumberland, and Sandra Norris of Carlisle; a brother, Ray Singer of Northridge Center of McAlisterville; 22 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 27 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Clarence and Jay Singer; and two sisters, Rebecca Leonard and Margaretta Bossler.
Services were held March 15 in Brown Funeral Home, McAlisterville, with the Rev. David A. Cook officiating. Burial was in Lost Creek Presbyterian Cemetery, McAlisterville.
