[Rev. John Foot, b. Apr. 2, 1742; m. Nov. 19, 1767, Abigail, dau. of Rev. Samuel Hall, of Wallingford, Ct. She d. Nov. 19, 1788, ae. 39; m. 2nd, Apr. 28, 1791, Eunice, dau. of John Hall, Esq., of Cheshire, Ct. Mr. Foote was graduated at Yale College, 1765, studied Divinity, and succeeded Rev. Mr. Hall as pastor of the Congregational Church in Cheshire; d. Aug. 31, 1813. She d. Jan. 31, 1819.
