At the home of Edwin & Josie Davis, close friends and family gathered around a firepit reminiscing about a great man and the life he lived on Saturday evening. He would have been proud of the wonderful stories that were shared. The next day, extended friends and family poured into the chapel of Goodin-Drum Funeral Home to share memories of Edwin Lester Davis for over two hours. Jesse Williams, played the guitar and sang her papaw's favorite tunes. It was a beautiful memorial.
