Peacefully, on October 24, 1993 at Honore Mercier Hospital in St. Hyacinthe. Born in 1900 on a homestead in Assiniboia, North West Territories, she was the wife of the late Senator Thomas Wood of Regina. She was much loved by her stepchildren (Bernice and Leonard, deceased), their children (Sandv, Bob, Tom and Brian) and their grandchildren, as well as by her children (Kenneth and Keith), her grandchildren (Elizabeth, Stephen, Nancy, David, Michael, Marc and Garth), and five great-grandchildren.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, October 30 at 2 p.m. at St. Martin's Church, Otterburn Park.
