A worker at an automotive supply plant was crushed to death yesterday when she became wedged inside a bolt-plating machine.
Suzanne Wyatt, 47, apparently reached into the machine for a piece of paper, the coroner said.
Wyatt, of Greenfield, died in the 4:10 a.m. accident at Indiana Automotive Fasteners Inc., which makes bolts and other types of fasteners for Toyota, Ford, Honda and Takata Corp.
Hancock County Coroner John Jester said Wyatt was pinned when another piece of equipment came down on top of her.
