I have some information you can add to William Barker's memorial page, FAG # 26918177 and that of his wife Phebe Buckingham Barker, FAG # 26918199 .
I've been working on a DAR application with William Barker as Patriot. There is a Widow's Revolutionary War Pension file for his wife Phebe (Buckingham) Barker W24,629. In it, it states he died in South Wales, Erie Co., NY. The 1850 census for William and Phebe list his birthplace as Conn.
Phebe's birth record in the town of Saybrook, Middlesex Co., CT is recorded in Connecticut Town Birth Records. pre- 1870 (Barbour Collection), p. 15, Ancestry.com Her parents are listed as Hezekiah & Elizabeth Buckingham. Her birthdate matches that on the tombstone.
I have submitted a link to William and Phebe Barker as parents to their daughter Susan Barker McCreery FAG # 30017756. That information is also proved in the pension file.
I also submitted a note that there is a later duplicate memorial page to the one you made for William which was made in 2013.
