Mrs. Martha E. Prater, 71 years of age, died Tuesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ezekiel E. (Alice) Jolly, on Talleyrand avenue, after a short illness.
The body was prepared for shipment by Marcus Conant and was forwarded yesterday afternoon to Evanston, Fla., for interment accompanied by the bereaved relatives.
