Mr and Mrs. J. W. Witt went to Blanco Wednesday to attend the funeral of Mr. Witt's grandmother, Mrs. Ann Gaylor, who died early Tuesday morning at the age of 85. Mr. Witt's three sisters, Mrs. B. E. Clark, Mrs. George Patterson, and Mrs. Frank Sprayberry, of Oklahoma City, and his brother, Carl Witt, also of Oklahoma City, also attended the funeral, which was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, with Rev. C. H. Carleton, pastor of the Hartshorne Baptist Church, in charge.

Mrs. Ann Gaylor who died early last Tuesday at the home of her son, Tom Gaylor, in McGee Valley, was buried here last Wednesday. She had been ill about three weeks; was 85 years old and was survived by three sons, John and Albert Gaylor, Wewoka and Tom Gaylor of McGee Valley, and one daughter, Mrs. Allie Whitt of Dow. Reverend C. H. Carleton, pastor of the Hartshorne Baptist church officiated at the funeral.
